Conditions and guarantees of the online reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the proper organization of our horseback riding tours, places, horses, and sta are reserved specically for each customer.

* Cancellations received prior to the 15 calendar days prior to the start date of the contracted service will not have any penalty for the reservation holder.

* Cancellations received prior to the 7 calendar days prior to the start date of the contracted service will have a penalty for the holder of the reservation of 50% of the amount delivered.

* Cancellations received after 7 calendar days prior to the start date of the contracted service will have a penalty for the holder of the reservation of 100% of the amount delivered.

. Failure to attend on the day of the activity ("No Show") or the voluntary decision not to participate for any reason (fear, change of mind, lack of condence, or any other reason unrelated to the company) will not entitl the customer to any refund.

If the activity is cancelled by the company due to safety reasons, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances attributable to the organization, customers will be oered either an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
